Computer Network Services (CNS) has been helping us manage our data infrastructure since 2013 and we have always been very pleased. CNS not only has friendly staff, but very well trained staff. From the moment they first came on site and did triage to transition our agency from the previous network provider, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. CNS coordinates everything for us from anti-virus to backups to email management to hardware recommendations. CNS manages and monitors all our servers in the circuit. Any project we have with CNS is skillfully planned around our schedule to minimize downtime for my end users. Most recently, with CNS recommendations, we implemented SOPHOS, a computer security software and hardware appliance that provides communication endpoints, encryption, network wireless security as well as unified threat management products. Installation was seamless and well-choreographed. CNS has SOPHOS certified technicians on staff and while we looked at other solutions, This seemed like the best option for our agency since it was all in one and very easy to manage. We are completely satisfied with the high level of customer service, timeliness and knowledge that CNS possesses.
The team is great and they handle our IT problems as soon as they arrive. CNS knows their stuff from networking our entire office to making sure our system is secure, I know they are only a phone call away for technical support and when we need them in-house they are always quick to respond. How CNS helps keep your water flowing and not overflowing
St. Lucie West Services District provides clean safe water to the county of Port St. Lucie, Florida. The District serves approximately 7,000 customer properties with a population of about 20,000 in the City of Port St. Lucie in St. Lucie County. When we first interviewed Computer Network Services (CNS) about three years ago we were having trouble getting our Network Engineer to keep us working reliably using an Active Directory Domain. We had 3 servers and 23 workstations to weave together on a domain, spanning three buildings, some 35 yards apart.
We selected CNS because of their professional certifications and partnerships with Intel, Cisco and Microsoft, as well as they had a very deep bench of experienced certified help desk technicians. In the three years we have been working together with CNS they have not only solved our network integrations issues, but we have had CNS put us on Microsoft 365 and are in the process of upgrading our servers and installing a high performance security enhanced, centrally managed wireless access to the network. We have no onsite technical department; we rely on CNS as our IT department.
We have collaborated with CNS for planning and budgeting projects for the past three years and have found them to be customer centric. They implement and support at the highest level of our expectations.
No Bones about it – We Love CNS!
Our practice was in the process of implementing a new EMR/PM System in late 2011. The software vendor had one IT Partner in our area, so we had no choice. They were supposed to be a Network IT company and a helpdesk level one tech support for the EHR software. We then purchased the recommended hardware through the IT partner that was supposed to be specially designed to run the required SQL based EMR software, etc. After several months of extremely time consuming training by the software vendors and expensive inadequate service and equipment from the IT Partner, we were extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.
After many meetings and discussions with the vendor on our dissatisfaction and the poor performance of the “Tech Partner”, our vendor finally took on a new Network IT Partner, CNS. Ted Stevens and Paul Watts of Computer Network Services were introduced as the vendors new “Tech Partner”, who came highly recommended to fix our problems. CNS would do a network discovery and present us with a managed service contract to go forward with us as our new network IT support and software “Tech Partner”. We signed with CNS and in a few months we went live on the software and have worked with them for the last three years on numerous IT issues from hardware to software. CNS has been excellent in assisting us with imaging, printing, routing and switching, HIPAA, MU compliance, numerous work station replacements, server upgrades, and software and hardware issues for the past three years. It has not always been frustration or trouble free, but when we need CNS to help, they are there and they don’t give up until the problem is solved. Medical practices are so embedded with computer systems that management can’t run a practice that is being plagued with computer problems. A medical practice must plan for business continuity, failover, and security. CNS has helped us accomplish this.
CNS is responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with!! They don’t just do what we pay them for, they do more! We know the difference!
